Houston Events: Weekly Calendar

welcome to houston’s newest and hippest events calendar. each week we (actually dena will take most of the credit for this) spend hours scouring over facebook event invites, local newspapers, coffee shop bulletin boards, and other online event calendars to bring you Houston Events: weekly calendar. these posts strive to bring you a listing of houston’s hottest and cheapest events inside the 610 loop, all curated by dena.(i only list events that i’d actually attend, so don’t worry you won’t find anything lame posted here) if you are hosting or attending an upcoming event and want us to feature it here on the blog please comment on a post, tweet us, or email us: panchoandleftey@gmail.com. otherwise enjoy the posts and this perfect city we call home. WE LOVE HOUSTON.

check back each monday to see our new calendar for the week:

We’re doing a screening at “14 Pews” on April 3 at 7:00 of “Journey to the Flames: 12 Years of Burning Man” with a director Q&A, plus beer/wine afterparty with fire spinning & tunes. Would you like to possibly post it? I can hook you up with more info….
    Thanks!

BTW we decided to also screen our documentary about “Faire: An American Renaissance” too, also at 14 Pews the following night on April 4th – same deal: screens at 7:00pm, director Q&A after, and then performances in beer/wine garden after. Faire garb encouraged! We’ll be in touch a week or 2 prior? We’d love to have you come by either (or both) screenings! thanks.
