Makenzie’s Outfit Inspiration

2012 April 6

I’ve been working on my outfit inspiration folder recently. I’m hoping to be starting an internship soon (don’t want to jinx it but it might be really really cool). The point is, you need cool clothes for an internship, am i right?

I don’t have the source for a lot of these pictures, so if you know the source, let me know. Thanks!

I put this outfit in my folder because I already have a blazer exactly like this one and a long, sheer shirt. I could be only a purchase of high heels away from being chic and mod!

I LOVE denim shirts. I have four. No khaki pants though. Drat.

I love the way my wide leg jeans look on me, but sometimes I feel kind of like a mom in them. This girl’s denim shirt and accessories makes her look pretty cool.

This is my FAVORITE outfit in the set. I love love love love this look. I love how she has the shirt buttoned all the way up with the necklace. This would be pretty easy for me to recreate, I just need to work on my accesories.

Love this. Love the shorts. I want to go to half price day at salvation army and get some old pants.

This look is pretty funky. It kind of reminds me of Dena.

How cute are these? They’re a DIY! You just use fluorescent spray paint! Is it worth the risk ruining my only pair of flats to try this out?

LOVE.

LOVE. Do you think I could do this myself to my sperry’s? I’m not sure what kind of paint to use.

makenzie! just read this post for the first time and WOAH thanks for thinking of me in regards to those weido pants. btw, ALL those outfits are so you – as in, you already dress like that, so it shouldn’t be hard for you to polish up a few things in your wardrobe. and with my mad photography skills we’ll have you lookin’ better than those models in no time.
