tony and i first met in summer 2011 at food not bombs, and we liked each other. one time we went to anatidote coffee with a big group and i asked for his number (or maybe he asked for mine. tony, add comments where you see fit)

so i made him this felted robert ellis cd + case and he fell for me. how could he not?

then one night i went out to a show and next time i saw him, he looked like this. he had a bike wreck. but i still liked him. in fact i offered to do a photoshoot and he REALLY liked me after that. (turns our he likes having pictures of himself).

since then we’ve been bf+gf. we’ve spent the night in 7US states, and are taking our first trip abroad this new years – costa rica here we come!

sometimes we do fake smiles, but most of the times they’re real because we really do like each other a lot.

even when he makes faces like this, i like him.

when i had my bike wreck and had to leave my bike tour early it was secretly a really nice thing. he took care of me and we got to spend a few extra weeks together before he moved up north for grad school.

the best part about him moving is me getting to visit! i can now say i’ve spent 12+ hours in the memphis bus terminal. thanks megabus!

this is what we look like now. and oh ya, kind of forgot this was a birthday post and not an anniversary post. well hope the message got across anyways. i like this guy and wanna keep him, at least for a little while longer.
