spent all day today at work, duh, and for “brain work” i spent a lot of energy getting back on solid ground in regards to my emotional state. there had be a real big hole in my heart this past year and i tried hard to fill it with all sorts of things that didn’t fit and now i think finally, after this weekend, finally all is good again. i can exhale and continue moving forward.
